“We upgraded, paying more, based upon the greeting staff's representation that we would have 2 bathrooms in our room and that breakfast in the quest lounge on the same floor as our room was included in the upgrade. Neither of these proved to be true. Halifax is a city under major construction. While the hotel's location is relatively good, getting to it and then getting around the city, by car or on foot, is difficult.”
