  • If you would like to use a free shuttle bus from Hamamatsu Station to Kanzanji Onsen, please contact the property directly to make a reservation at least 2 days prior to the date of arrival.<br>- Shuttle bus departure from Hamamatsu Station: 11:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00<br>Please get off at Kanko Kyokai bus stop, and wait for the hotel staff to pick you up at the bus stop.<br><br>Guests need to use the Kanzanji Ropeway (cable car) to reach the property, which is located on the top of a hill. Please note that there no shops available nearby except a small shop at the property.<br><br>Please note that child rates are applicable to children 12 years and under, and adult rates are applicable to children 13 years and older. Please contact the property for more details.<br><br>Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply.
