Important Notice
- Shuttle buses from JR Maisaka Train Station leave at 11:15, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00<br>Buses leave from the Kitaguchi (North exit) Bus terminal. They run strictly on schedule, and reservation is not possible.<br><br>To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance.<br><br>Pool is open from 16 July - 31 August, from 09:00-18:00 daily.<br>Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to use the hotel’s pools, hot-spring baths or other facilities where the tattoo might be visible to other guests.<br><br>Additional fees apply to use of the pool and tennis courts.<br><br>Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.

“早餐非常豐盛且好吃，可以坐在窗邊享受大自然，但飯店給人感覺是華而不實，大廳非常華麗且莊重，服務人員也都很好，但進到房間時會感覺到老舊，沒有附設的除濕機讓人去除味道，冷氣也不是很好。窗外的風景在早上時欣賞很好，附近沒有店家，須開車10分鐘左右到達市區，可以看到湖但並不是在湖邊，飯店很好認出因為很突兀。溫泉可以去享受一番，設備還不錯。 Breakfast is rich and delicious, you can sit by the window and enjoy the breakfast with the nature. The hotel give us a feeling like it's beauty, but it doesn't, the lobby is big and sumptuous, the worker all nice, but the room is too old. There's no dehumidifier to clear the smell, and the air conditioning also not good to use. The view is good at morning, no store nearby the hotel, you should drive for 10 mins to get in downtown. You can remember the hotel cause it's lofty, but it's not close to the lake. You can enjoy the hot spring, it's good enough for us.”
