“接客が素晴らしかった。 部屋はとても広く清潔でした。 館内、部屋共にランプの明かりで落ち着ける空間でした。 大浴場も清潔でお部屋に置いてある布のお風呂バックを持って行けるので助かりました。 今回は急用で前日に急遽予約をして当日は夕方に到着して翌日朝早くに出発しました。 次回利用する機会があればもっとゆっくりと滞在したいと思える落ち着いた雰囲気の素敵な洋館風のホテルでした。”
“직원들도 친절했으며 온천시설도 너무 좋았고, 베드 바로 옆에 룸 온도조절을 할 수 있게 편리하게 되어있어 쾌적하게 유지 가능 . 어메니티는 모두 시세이도이고 온천에는 바디스크럽과 샴푸바가 설치되어있어 취향에 맞게 골라쓸 수 있도록 한 배려가 돋보임. 우레시노 내의 다른 료칸,호텔들과 차별화된 언덕위의 유럽식 고풍스러운 건물과, 룸도 일본식 ,유럽식의 조화로운 디자인으로 편안하면서도 고급스러웠음. 식사는 안해봐서 모르겠지만, 거기서 만난 일본인들말로는 훌륭한 이탈리안퓨전요리였다고 하네요.”
