There were several mess-ups from the booking.com side (the booking was hard to find for the hotel, and then they couldn't pay the hotel so I had to pay directly), but the front desk staff (Carolina, specifically) was incredibly helpful and took care of making phone calls until it was fixed. We didn't have to do anything at all! Every other interaction with the hotel staff was also pleasant and left us happy.”
