Even though he had more than one group in line, he handled the ringing phone, the customer ahead of us and then us in such a pleasant manner. He was like an octopus- he was taking care of more than one thing at a time, making eye contact with everyone and I was amazed at how pleasant he was even though it was a busy counter.
