“The staff was great but overworked. One front desk clerk was fulfilling two positions with a hotel full of guest. It was too much for her although Gambia kept a beautiful smile on her face and accommodated all of her guest. This just makes me wonder if management appreciates their employees. It was obvious that the hotel was booked for the whole weekend before hand b/cx there were AAU tournaments and Friday , Saturday, and Sunday, there was only one person working the front desk. She was checking in guest, handling problems with guests and their rooms which caused the clerk to leave the desk unattended several time throughout the night. I witnessed two guests come to check in and had to wait at least 10 minutes for the front desk clerk.”
