“The hotel is situated on a hill next to beautiful lake Guntersville. When you walk in it is beautifully decorated. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are always staff working to keep the property clean. They have a coffee / hot chocolate / tea bar for you to use 24/7. The beds are comfy and nice. Even the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion, & makeup remover wipes aren't generic crap.... it is Neutragena brand. The breakfast is well... AMAZING!!! This hotel has thought of everything!!!!”

“It smelled fresh and clean no matter where you were. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly, and no hassle check in/out. The atmosphere felt young and hip. Breakfast was great! This was a great stay for a couple that was in need of relaxation.”
