“I loved how close it was to the beach. We had our own private balcony. The mini kitchen was so convenient for saving money on going out to eat. Such a cute hot tub area! Everything was quick and easy to get to. The breakfast was great! I will definitely return! Best weekend I've had in a long time.”
“Nothing. Staff were rude and not helpful at all. The complimentary drinks were supposed to be available 24/7 at the reception but after 10pm, there were no coffee, no milk no sugar left. I asked the receptionist and he didn't want to fill them up. And they charged me an extra night for NOTHING, I tried to get refund, they lied about my arrival time. I asked to check the CCTV for my arrival but they refused it. Then they tried to charge extra £84 for nothing again 2 weeks later.”
“Rooms were spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. The beach was close and the town of Jupiter is a quaint town. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with several selections. I enjoyed my visit very much and hope to return. If I do, I stay at this hotel. ”
