“We were given a handicap room. I immediately went to the front desk to inquire about changing my room. My husband is 6'4" and not well suited for this type of room. After being told there were no rooms available (this was 3/4pm) I was also told since I booked through booking.com there was nothing that could be done. I did not expect to be upgraded to a higher class room but I did expect to he changed to a room that my husband was not uncomfortable.”
