“The wonderful lady Pam was fantastic.She was training a lovely lady too.We could not get the tv to work so she came with her trainee to fix it.later we had trouble getting my computer to hook up.The computer was brought down and it was fixed immediately. The new rooms were decorated so beautifully! I would not think of better decorating.I have terrible asthma and had to set the at conditioner very low.On Saturday we had to leave due to my terrible coughing .They did all they could to help us.There were big hugs and much concern.Genuine concern,Someone needs to go down there from Hampton Inn headquarters to give a personal award to Pam.She was very gtood to her trainee also.Great job !”
