“The setup of the room was great. There was a separation of the areas, i.e. coffee pot, frig were separate from sleeping area by wall. It was very comfortable with a lot of space for my kids to move around and play a bit after being stuck in the car.”
“Staff was amazing. Office staff was very kind, cleaning staff did a great job and was friendly when we passed them in the hall, the breakfast- both food and staff- was excellent. At check in, we got a listing that nearby restaurants and turn-by-turn directions from the parking lot, restaurants further into Birmingham with address and phone, and restaurants that delivered to the hotel with phone. The pool was well maintained and a nice temperature, and could only be accessed with your key card which made me feel safer. When our card didn't let us in the back door when we got back from dinner, they let us in and automatically fixed our card for us so we wouldn't risk finding out we were locked out of our room after we got upstairs. There was a group of highschoolers staying the same time we were, but either they were impeccably behaved, or the rooms muffled sound well. We would definitely stay here again.”
