“We were upgraded to a suite because we had originally booked an accessible room, which was the only king room available at the time. We received a phone call the day of our reservation asking if we needed the accessible room, which we did not. The representative then asked if it was okay to upgrade us-I was very happy about the offer. Plus we thought the room was very well designed and whomever the interior designers were did a wonderful job in the breakfast room and the other common areas of the hotel as well with really nice accents and colors.”
