“The staff was excellent! From the front desk(Lori) to the housekeeping staff they were all friendly and happy. It was nice to be treated so well. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome including a hand written welcome note from the cleaning staff. If we needed anything at all they were quick to respond. I called the front desk from the pool to request more towels. I couldn't leave the pool as my small children were already swimming. The towels were hand delivered from the front desk attendant. Also we didn't have our room cleaned after the first night stay, the housekeeping girls saw us come out of our room, greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything additional. This was such a nice gesture and was very much appreciated. Our room was very large and spotless clean.”
“The double queen bed room was really spacious and very clean for our family of five. The staff all showed wonderful hospitality from check-in to breakfast to check-out. We also loved the breakfast area and selections. It was the best hotel we stayed in during our weeklong road trip through four states. If we ever pass through again, we'll definitely return to this Hampton Inn.”
