“The property alarm went off the communications with the front desk and the manager that was there at the time did not communicate with any of the guests especially the senior citizens myself and another guest gentlemen was asking questions about the safety and what should we do no answer was provided unacceptable they were just walking around not knowing how to shut off the alarm system no Communications gas or asking more of the questions what to do I asked can we go back to the room their reaction was oh yeah yeah it's okay those exact words and I asked for conversation on a hotel stay going to that status and the alarm went off twice more that evening after 9 and 12 could not get any rest after that there answer was we don't know if we can give that we'll see not very happy with the manager or the hotel stay”
“The room was spacious. Everything was clean. When we got there, the water in the hot tub was cool. The staff worked on it, and by the morning, the water was hot. When we arrived, there were fresh chocolate chip cookies. The breakfast was pretty good.”
“Really enjoyed the way the room was oriented... made it feel even larger. Fantastic pillows on the bed. Plus it was nice being able to park directly under my window. Felt quite secure. I thought the colors and finishes demonstrated real quality, particularly with regard to the bathroom countertop and sink. Also loved the ease of having the large, step in shower. Who takes a tub bath on the road anymore?”
