“The staff was amazing--they really went above and beyond. (I caught the names of Misty and Lisa, though everyone we interacted with was great.) The front desk even printed out some coloring pages for my 8 year old, so she'd have something to do while we were letting Dad and her sister sleep. The breakfast had great hours-- 6-10 and a good variety of foods. It was all very well spread out and clean and welcoming. I really can't say enough about the staff. The pool area was clean, as were the rooms. The AC was -great-. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes from Kentucky Splash water park--which is why we came down. The staff happily gave us directions any time we asked about anything. It is also about 20-30 minutes from Cumberland Falls, which is gorgeous. At the suggestion of the staff, we ate at El Dorado Mexican restaurant. It was amazing, and the best Mexican I think I've ever had.”
