“The hotel was perfect. After a long, eleven hour car ride, the last half in some nasty weather, the staff and room was very welcoming. The beds were great. The breakfast was hot and plentiful and the staff was extra cordial.”

“We enjoy the nice clean rooms and the maid service is great they are very friendly and always willing to help with whatever you may need.. they have great free cookies when they are available get them if they are there the staff gets busy and cant make them all day...and they have a nice breakfast in the morning which is very good...we have stayed here several times and its our preferred place because of the cleanliness and rooms...check the rates with the hotel before you book online they may be cheaper..the staff is friendly and helpful, they have a nice little store there in case you forgot something or need a snack..and coffee is usually available all the time its not always fresh but if you ask they will make you some..great hotel”

“First the rooms were a bit pricey but then when we arrived and got settled the price wasn't so much of a issue anymore...this was our 2nd stay here and the front desk greeters are super nice and totally customer oriented always wanting and willing to help you with anything you need..they have great carts to help you with luggage to your room, the rooms are quiet, super clean, they have amazing beds that are so soft and comfortable the pillows are awesome we had a great nights sleep here..in fact the beds are more comfortable than mine at home that i paid 3500 for lol..and the sheets and bedding are so clean you can smell the freshness...the bathrooms are super clean, floor was clean, and the kitchenette was great the fridge and microwave immaculate we had a double suite on 2nd floor and we were so impressed we didnt want to leave lol...the breakfast was good also..you cant find a better place to stay than here..well worth the money and we will def be staying here again..”

“We initially checked in to the Comfort Inn, but quickly checked out and booked a room at the Hampton Inn in Milan. This hotel looked and was so much cleaner, newer AND FRIENDLIER. I was very pleasantly surprised. In addition, I received texts constantly asking if I was enjoying my stay. While this may seem odd, I found it nice since it was done immediately after arriving to the room, and the following morning. Free water bottles were provided upon check-in. I would highly recommend this hotel as it clearly seems like the best in the immediate area.”

“Newer hotel with modern rooms. Beds were very comfy and satellite TV is a nice perk! Front desk staff at check-in was aloof and distracted. He was on his cell phone the whole time, constantly peeking outside as if he were expecting someone. The checkout staff was unfamiliar with the area and unable to help us navigate. Overall a really nice facility conveniently located off the 80/90 tollway.”
