“The staff were very helpful - especially the manager Sadjeet who organised the accessible room for my parents. The staff in the dining, housekeeping and parking areas were all excellent. Reception staff were good - however on one occasion they did not relay a message to each other during a shift change and my visitor was kept waiting for over 45 mins and then left - even though I was in the hotel. The staff contacted my visitor as soon as they realised the situation. The food was excellent.”
