“"Q", was a gem! He was wide awake and ready to assist us when we checked in well after midnight. The facility was pristine, I love walking into hotel rooms to see fluffy white comforters on each bed. The decor was very classic modern yet comfortable, the room was set up as a suite. Breakfast was plentiful and quite tasty. We had phenomenal service from every employee that happened to see us! This facility would be great for a business trip as well as a family outing. It's located extremely close to Texas Tech which was great for us as we were dropping our son off. I will plan on staying here again in the future.”
“The rooms were decorated like a five star luxury hotel. The cost of the room includes free access to the nearby Freedom Fitness Gym. Perfect hotel for a health nut. Around the corner was Market Street and a healthy food store that provides healthy meals. The happy hour was an added bonus. They offered top notch drinks.”
