“Heidi Hof is the only place to stay in Hakuba! The people are amazing, the rooms are a great size and well equip, the place is the perfect temperature all the time. It is within walking distance of Echoland, Happo One and Hakuba shops. This was our second stay at Heidi Hof and I can tell you we will be coming again. The breakfast service is just so amazing! The food is delicious and you feel so special. The ambience in the chalet is beautiful and when you look out your window all you see is snow and more snow, just stunning.”
“Service was excellent. Shuttle to and from the lifts each day and to the bus station on arrival and departure. Breakfast delicious. Dinner available on request was excellent. On-site onsen was just the thing after a day skiing. Several small low cost restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Staff very friendly and helpful.”
