“We asked for an non smoking room and the law in Italy is no smoking allow in public places however our room was smelling of cigarettes. I phoned reception right away and asked for another room within 5 mins they supplied another room without any problems. A very big thank you to the staff for your quick response to our problem. Near by within walking distance many little restaurants all very friendly and food very good too.”
