“Excellent location! The room was very spacious, great castle like room with beautiful view.”
“The hotel has passed his glory days. Everything is old but clean. There was a big whole in the bathroom wall (probably for previous repairs). The hotel does not have his own reception. Since I arrived at night it was a little bit of a problem to figure things out. The is NO parking at the hotel. That was the big problem, the lie about the parking. They are sending you far away, up and down the hills for parking to anothe hotel. Since I arrived at night this was the second problem ... The night receptionst speacks czech and russian - we understand in a little bit of german that I knew and he understood better than english ... The breackfast is minimal, let s say fair. The staff was nice and they really tried to help with everything. For people that go with car Heluan is a bad choice - for the others, in my opinion is fair if you do not have many demands and expectations.”

“The location was excellent, it is very close to the center of all activities and very easy to walk to any store or hiking trail! The breakfast was quite tasty and plentiful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The whole setting is antique-like, which was charming. The rooms and the bathroom were extremely clean! The elevator was a great touch! Overall is a great value for the money. I really liked staying and will definitely go back.”
