“I stay at Hendon Hall as often as I can because it is unlike most London hotels which, because of location constraints, usually feel cramped. Hendon Hall, although it has lost most of its grounds, still has lawns and gardens and even in the winter being able to look out onto these is a pleasure and helps to enhance the impression of country house life. Like many hotels it is a bit understaffed, but its people are friendly, helpful beyond the call of duty and patient. Considering the difficulties associated with a building of this age the hotel is very clean and the public areas are very comfortable.”

“Loved the Piano for guests to play in the lift lobby and chatting to the voice in the lift! The Staff were very professional and friendly and very helpful. It was really appreciated to have a call from a member of staff to check if we were comfortable and happy with the room. We had lovely views from both windows. We enjoyed the space in the room and sitting at the table provided. Great to have easy parking and access to central London.”
