“This hotel is stunning but too far from the centre. It is located in a very picturesque setting and in June July should be stunning. The facilities and hotel are fabulous. Breakfast was lovely, buffet style so easier to get what you wanted. Staff helped with the luggage. Everything is 5star here but staff not speaking english really let this place down.”
“A hidden gem. The place is just mesmerizing. Staff was really nice and helped us a lot. When we arrived there, they had the first snow of the season. The whole wetland was covered in the snow, having white snow covered mountain in the background. If you are going to Shangri-La this is the place to stay.”

“自助早餐相当不错！别墅屋装修很漂亮，可以看到满天星空。这里还有壁炉，可以免费试用一捆柴。洗漱用品是欧舒丹，基本可以算是五星级的享受，就是亲子娱乐的地方无。因为就在帕纳海景区里，所以也可以开车出去逛逛。（纳海景区是不用门票的！骑马基本50元半个多小时/人，环湖可以看到水上屋，一定要自驾且绕一整圈！）”
“超棒的地方，应该是在帕纳海唯一的酒店，我们订了两房的房型，房间好大，并且贴心准备氧气瓶和水果及甜点，厕所还有地暖，我们在这里吃了两餐的晚餐，也连点两次非常好吃的藏香猪，酒店餐厅里的餐点也非常美味，这次住房要求酒店开发票，也覆行寄到我指定的地点，最后一天要退房还真舍不得走，期待下一次再过来。”
“酒店就在纳帕海边上，躺在床上就能看见草原风光，很安静，据说到秋天草原会变成湖泊，有好多鸟类，非常适合度假，下次还会再来”
“我们是游玩完普达措过去的，因为香格里拉在修路封路，所以比较难找到去酒店的路。之前在公园游玩的时候接到了电话，告知住房升级，很高兴，到达酒店后，吓了一跳，房间真的很漂亮，设施很好，一家子都很开心，而且还有免费的点心准备好，打开露台门就可以看到纳帕海大草原，风景不错啊，很舒服。早上是自助早餐，挺丰富的，晚上饿了，9点前还有米线可以吃。纳帕海真的很美，自驾环湖转一圈绝对令你赞叹，有时间的还可以坐在草原上观看一望无际的大海，没有汽车可以用酒店提供的单车骑去看海。总体感觉真的很不错啊！”
