“Rooms were nice and good gym and spa. Staff were friendly...but we were left waiting ages for our table at dinner. Probably students working and I imagine very hard for little money. Main gripe was food. Needed binoculars to see the goats cheese..literally 3 or 4 crumbed bits over a ton of salad leaves. The no star cafe does better up the road. Our food was cold..and chewy. I requested sauce on side but that was ignored. I couldnt eat it and sent it back. My daughter picked at it and ended up vomiting all night. We left early before breakfast ...informed female receptionist who did not care at all. Rudest woman in the world. Not even a smile. The man Piotor was much nicer and I suggest he gives her tips on customer service. Totally dissapointed . ”
