“Very disappointed, for a up market hotel, the hotel was below average. If I was to compare to a similar hotel. I would say travelodge standard. Cooked Breakfast was cold. The fact we were woken up at 07:45am by the cleaners , knocking our door to see if we were ready to vacate the room. Are you being serious. I paid high price for low class accomdation, I will be staying in the angel hotel next time I return to Cardiff.”

“The hotel was warm clean and so inviting with the Christmas decorations! The staff were all so helpful as my niece is vegan they brought her soya milk to have with her cereal. The room was big and comfortable and the shower was walk in and fabulous ! They gave me late check out so we had a lovely lay in and the hotel concierge put our bags in for safe keeping while we went to a concert and we picked them up at 11 that night ! I was also allowed to eat a takeaway in reception and charge my phone while I waited for my coach I couldn't ask for more !! Forever grateful !”
