“Staff was very, very nice! Offered help even when not asked. When we first arrived, they offered help in suggesting restaurants for dinner. The whole staff was happy and helpful.”
“The worst part about the hotel was the lack on sound proofing. We were contently kept awake by loud neighbors upstairs from us. We could hear their voices, scraping of chairs on the floor (why not carpet the entire floor?) flushing of toilets, slamming of doors throughout the night. Even with the extremely loud fan on and ear plugs, it made it impossible to sleep. Despite complaining we were not moved to a higher floor. Also the breakfast was very low quality. I ordered off the menu and had a egg white omelet that was swimming in inches of grease. yuck”

“I loved how nice and accomadating they were throughout the whole experience! They were just great and so nice and easy to work with! The hotel was so clean and it was decorated so nice! The beds were so comfy and the view was great from our room! Also the pools were still open and heated which was nice! We did the thanksgiving buffet and it was really good!”
