“They booked me in. My key didn't open the door and when I went back to reception they challenged me because I gave the wrong home address and email address. They had logged my room to someone else (with the same name) using their email (I gave them my email address at check in) and their address! Oh and they gave them my points on their Hilton Honours card! And they still have not corrected it today.”
