“Our initial contact with from desk staff upon our arrival was fantastic.”

The valets and maids could have been better; valet didn't know about the music festival that half those staying there were attending, and knew nothing about the shuttle that was supposed to be provided. Luckily, the front desk handled everything that came their way with professionalism and promptness. The maid did not change the sheets when requested, but did remove the card I left asking for that (and the tip I included for the 'extra' trouble. I could not have found a much better place for the location and price. And the rooftop bar and restaurant were great.”
