“the staff was very cold. they had difficulty finding my reservation. they have told me they had a shuttle service to the Woodbury country club; that turned out to be incorrect, they refused to give me a discount as a AAA member and the breakfast was extra. if I am going to pay for a room only over 200 dollars a night I may as well stay at motel 8. very disappointed for a Hilton place.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Went to a concert and got back after midnight and they were so nice and friendly that i stopped to chat for a few minutes regardless of how tired i was. Check in/out was very fast and easy. Beds were comfortable. NO sign of any bed bugs or other creatures which was awesome.”

“I liked the cleanliness of the inn it self, the size of the room and the bathroom.the comfort of the room. The room was neat , The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional and curtious.”
“check in a breeze - asked for different accommodations to be closer to the pool & immediately done- room w/2 queen beds great - the beds & pillows were so comfortable (I have arthritis & had back surgery & am a bit disabled so was sooo pleased w/the comfort)- beds dressed nicely - kurig coffee pot (what could be better ) loved the desk chair due to running in & out of pool & being damp the chair was great w/type of netted seat - bathroom great & ample towels given & clean - did not use room service but did use brkfst offered at dinning area & believe me the eggs - sausage -sweets - juices - fruits - oatmeal & yogurts were perfect. The staff - front desk - dinning area & room service personnel were cheery & very accommodating! Should I be in this area again this is where I will stay. Kudos & thank u for a wonderful visit. “The fitness area was great with plenty of equipment to get in a great workout. The pool was good and my kids had an awesome time. Wish there was a continental breakfast included or the pantry had a bit more available. The reception was great with requests.”
