“The staff were very friendly, and the security of the building was very reassuring. The hotel's location is very good. Smart look and feel inside.”
“The facility was well located for business purposes. The room was old fashioned. The carpets needed cleaning. I had to call room service all the days to come service my room (around mid noon or early evening). The coffee machine outside was not working. Staff was polite but not groomed to Indian standards.”

“First things first, the moment they realized that we have done our booking through booking.com, they made us wait for half an hour. Of course the payment was made upfront and upon asking if breakfast is complimentary they said since it's through booking.com no complimentary breakfast and i must say that the front office staff deals differently with people who come through booking.com and people who book directly and oh boy they also said next time book directly with them and they will give us much more offers. So i am wondering where is this association of yours with that hotel going? One lesson we have learnt is no more booking.com for us :) Thank you so much”

Excellent and varied breakfast with competent staff. Special thanks for the welcome chocolates and fresh fruits basket / bowl. Wonderful hospitality. Hotel was attached to Select Citywalk mall, which was an added bonus.”
