“Actually, for some reason, the booking date was wrong. The front desk couldn't find us. HOWEVER, they told us NO PROBLEM! WE HAVE A ROOM for YOU! what is the greatest service! Before we checked in, we had wonderful day but if we don't have a room, we couldn't think we have to sleep in to our car. But the problem is gone! We will recommend THIS Hilton to all our friends!”
