“The free shuttle from LAX is a bonus and comes regularly. Check-in was quick even with a large family with 3 rooms. The 4 hot tubs are also a blessing after a 20hr flight.”
“The staff were very helpful, informative, and gave service with a smile, which made our check in a very pleasant experience. For dinner, my husband and I went to the bar, had cocktails/wine and enjoyed a quality meal served to our table. Why go down down when everything you need is at this hotel and is only an elevator ride back to the hotel room- no LA traffic to content with. The free airport shuttle ride is only about 15 minutes. Will be staying again at this hotel.”
