“Convenient Location: close to Bala Cynwyd Mall and Saks 5th Ave. Shopping Center. Easy to drive to downtown. Superb On Duty Manager on Oct 20th: We booked our room with Breakfast but it didnot show in hotel's system. The Manager of that day was kind enough to issue us the coupons for all five days we stayed and clear the information with Booking.com on their own. He could had refused and asked us to pay first, clear later. But he was kind enough to make his guests happy. Two Thumps Up for the Duty Manager of Oct 20th. He always walking around the other days checking his team. Hilton Standard: No need to explain.”

Someone at the restaurant, maybe a supervisor/manager (sorry for not knowing his name but he was a shorter gentleman with maybe an Indian accent?) was extremely helpful and very nice (heated up my broth for my sick husband) great customer service and very pleasant!”
