“The room was amazing. The staff were friendly, organised and very helpful. Free bus passes to travel round the city. At the reception desk they were happy to contact the local restaurants to book tables for us. The gym was good. The bar area was lovely and modern.”

When i asked about transport I was told at reception "Its very hard to explain" we were left to walk in and out every day in the snow and my husband fell twice. I had read that you would be provided with a bus pass but this was not the case.”
