“Friendly Staff very clean excellent room with a beautiful view”
“The staff was helpful to get me into a room early, since I arrived well before the check-in time and had no place to go beforehand. Also, they drove me over to the airport after my bus was canceled, which was awesome because I didn't have a car rental or way to get around. I also enjoyed that they have a small Starbucks built into the hotel, as well as the absolutely awesome man who drove me over to the airport. I cannot remember his name, but he was a large man full of great stories. I really appreciated the conversation. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay.”

“I thought this Hilton was very good for such a small city like shreveport. I felt safe the entire time. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were willing to cater to your needs whatever they were. I was here for an interview and I had a shuttle from the hotel to take me to my interview on time like I had needed. I went to the boardwalk across the river and they had no problem dropping and picking me up. Extremely convenient!”
