“I went there early to check in as I had a terrible night flight and was combating a severe migraine. Hachiya was at the counter and saw how bad shape I was in. She quickly allowed my early check in which was at 11am as usual check in was at 3pm. And even upgrade my room to a family room with 3 beds and a kid bunk. The room was magnificent and the boys were blown away. Hachiya from Hilton Tokyo Bay made our day and days there all excellent and dreamy just like the Disneyland. I will like to write in Hilton Tokyo Bay to praise and provide excellent words to Hachiya for making our stay in Hilton a unforgettable beautiful memory. Transport was excellent there and there is frequent shuttle bus to the shopping mall and train station so you got all the best in the world.”
