“After a lovely run from Gibraltar airport, we arrived at the hotel. Lots of free parking outside the main entrance and a very warm welcome in reception along with a glass of pink bubbles! We were given a lovely room with its own balcony overlooking the sea and pool area. The meals were excellent. Buffet style breakfast and dinner which could be taken inside or out, depending on the weather. There is a cinema in the hotel which was showing "la la land". In the evenings there was live music beside the enormous pool and keep fit excersise sessions in the pool each morning. We enjoyed our stay enormously!”
“We spent a fantasic 9 days at this hotel in August 2017! Excellent hotel! The hotel is very new (excellent maintenance is very evident) with a great pool and sun-lounger area. The children´s pool is shallow and had a shade! The rooms are comfortable and large enough even with a baby in a cot and who likes to run around the room when not asleep! The buffet breakfast is great. The staff are so polite and professional. No issue too big with them. We were in room 4028 and Manuela cleaned our rooms on a daily basis and she was such a nice, kind natured person. The mini club room is so nice and the staff are friendly and fun. The night time entertainment is good, we loved the DJ music with saxophone by the pool during the happy hour. We would definitely return to this hotel again!”

“The buffet breakfast was excellent, the facilities and comfort level were good. This was in August when the hotel seemed pretty full, not a problem except at night when the movement, doors slamming and calling out from near neighbouring rooms between about 10.30pm and sometimes as late as 02.00 am was really annoying.”
“This hotel is amazing. Our favorite destination in Andalucia. Would recommend this hotel to everybody, not only family with kids. The hotel is in perfect shape, very clean, modern architecture, garden and swimming pool maintained excellent, located in front of the beach and very close to bars and restaurants in Conil the la Frontera. The heart of this hotel is the personnel, I have never seen such a motivated team with a great attitude to work and serve the guests. Especially Vanesa at the reception was very dedicated to make this holiday unforgettable for us. We really appreciated it. And Carlos did a great job as a surf teacher. My daughter loved him. We hope to get back to this hotel very soon.”
