“my sister and I were in Gardnerville for a funeral. I asked for extra sweet and low it was not available. I did not think the room had been dusted and vacuumed properly. the sidewalk leading into the room was not clean and would be tracked in on the carpet. did you want to know this much? the rate was quite reasonable , I did not realize it until I returned home and checked my account. I will use booking.com next time. thank you”
“The Personal. Bob greeted us as old friends. He demonstrated our check-in procedure to a new enployee clearly. Two days later I requested towels whils at reception. Shannon was waiting with them before I returned to our room. After a short chat, she returned to work. What a pleasantly smart person. The entire staff must be as dilligent as Shannon, as the Historian Inn is Clean and Tidy.”

“The room was much nicer than expected. It looked freshly remodeled and had hardwood floors. We were able to walk across the street to Sharkey's for breakfast and it was really easy to get to the hotel from Genoa, Carson City, and Reno where we visited. We would definitely stay here again!”
