“Hotel was in a great location with many good restaurants in the area. However, I was very disappointed in my stay here. The front Desk worker was unpleasant and rude. I booked with this agency and requested a double bed room in my comments and I was not given one. The front desk manager was very rude when I asked why we did get what was requested. I was told that the hotel was full and that he could not make any adjustments. I could see where there were keys that had not been picked up. The cleaning staff was still cleaning rooms and doing laundry so I had to call the front desk several times to get bedding and towels for the room. I got a card to call the General manager and the same front desk worker answered the phone. He put me hold and didn't return. I promise you I will never stay at another Holiday In Express again. I would like to compensated in some way because I was inconvenience, uncomfortable and disrespected.”
“Property was good, but there was not a working pool. I believe the hotel is going through rennovations currently so there are some uneven floors and stuff that needs to be updated. The reception hall was good, plenty of room.”
