“The first receptionist who I think was training was sharp in her manner and I felt uncomfortable. After that I dealt with 2 male receptionists who were extremely helpful. It was a very cold evening and the room was chilly so he brought a radiator to the room and then I asked for hot chocolate and he found some and brought that too.”

“When we had our meal and it came out our food was cold especially my beef burger which as there was a function on next door I should say it was just over looked and forgotten about but when a member of staff came over and asked if everything was ok it was quickly change for a fresh pipping hot one which was really good of them”
