“This hotel is brand new and attached to a shopping mall, which is very convenient. The rooms are super nice (beds are awesome), with an outstanding view of the mountains. All the people working at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband was feeling a bit sick (just a cold) so when we asked for water at room temperature they offered to call a doctor and explained it was included in the insurance. Very thoughtful since we didn't even mentioned he was sick.”

“It takes approximately 10 minutes for the water to get hot, the first night I was there the shower would not drain, so I had to call the front desk and ask someone to fix it. The parking is horrible, we would have to search for over 30 minutes to find adequate parking. If someone is staying at the holiday inn then the facility should facilitate the customer and give them parking so they do not have to spend 30 minutes to one hour looking for parking this is absolutely ridiculous.”
