“The staff was great! The restaurant was very nice. Get the duck sliders! On our way in and out of the hotel, we were greeted by any staff member we passed. Not just hi, but how are you? Do you need anything? We will book this Holiday Inn any time we stay in Charlotte. They granted our reservation requests. 15th Floor, Corner room, 2 views!! We enjoyed it. It's with in walking distance of all kinds on things. The Epicenter, we walked to the Panther's team store, we walked to dinner. Great location! Ninfa checked in. She was great, she made us feel welcome. I can't say enough about our experience. They exceeded my expectations.”
