“I was having plumbing issues at my condo and could not stay home. The HI Lakewood was close and on my way to work the next day. Full of stress, I had dinner at the restaurant on site and watched some football...then headed to my room for some reading and email. The night's sleep was fabulous...the rooms was immaculate, the bed was sooooo comfortable...even the pillows were "labeled" soft, firm...so that I'd know which pillow was right for me. Thank you for a great night...and much needed...sleep.”
“Wifi was not working well, had to reconnect a lot, housekeeping didn't clean our bathtub , didn't leave enough towels no bathmat.complained twice about housekeeping, otherwise hotel was great.”

“We stayed here to attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO. Hotel was very clean and quiet. We initially got a room directly next to the vending machines, which made a lot of noise. We asked to be moved and we were immediately. Front desk stated she wanted our room to be restful and changed us to a different room in a minute! Will definitely stay here again!”
