“Very short stay for a 6-hour layover in Bilbao but met expectations and did the trick for me in a business oriented trip. Location is pretty good, just a short ride in hotel's shuttle bus. Very nice staff, very fluid check in and check out process. Spacious room (for this type of hotels), comfortable bed, proper bathroom with basic set of amenities.”

“Very convenient for the airport. Have used before and previously used the shuttle bus. On this occasion there were three of us and decided to take a taxi. Bad idea as the taxi driver tried to take us to Bilbao until I told him firmly that I knew where the airport was. So he took us to the hotel and insisted there was a minimum 25 euro charge. My husband went to reception, the receptionist came outside and sorted him out and the taxi driver left without charging us at all. The receptionist was excellent.”
“We stayed here for the 2nd time and we had a much better room (2nd floor). The airco worked perfectly and the room was very clean. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was better than the week before! Good shuttle service to the airport and the city center is within 10 minutes by car.”
“Very easy to get to the airport. The reception staff were very helpful informing me how to get into town by taking the shuttle to the terminal and the local bus from there. My flight left at 6:45 am and the first shuttle at 5:15 gave me enough time to check in as the terminal didn't open until 5:00 am. The breakfast buffet was also available at 5:00 though I didn't avail myself of it.”
