“With breakfast (theoretically ) starting at 6:00, we found yogurts, with nuts and fruits that could be added. Coffee? I guess I'm wedded to my own brand- but it was hot. As we were leaving for our 7:00 meeting, we noticed that pancakes and sausages, along with pastries had been added. Lovely set-up.”

“I had some special requests that I made without informing the staff prior and they were amazing in accommodating me. I purchased several dozen roses before checking in to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday, and after my best friends wedding. Janice and her coworkers were very friendly when I made a request for a bucket of water so I can store the roses until I was able to sneak back to the hotel and arrange them in our room. They were very professional and understanding, and did everything they could to accommodate me and my requests. I couldn't be asked for a better experience. I know raises don't come from reviews, but Janice deserves an award, Holiday Inn!”
