“Very clean! Like the new beds and the clothes organizer.”
“Everything. The front desk staff was always helpful despite the volume at the desk. There was a particular young man in his 20’s he was there at the front desk everyday day to evening. He was extraordinarily helpful, polite and informative. He had dark hair. The housekeeping staff, Boras? Kept the hotel ( his office on the basement level) so very clean. A well oiled machine. He brought me blankets twice. The Housekeeping staff worked very hard. The accommodations were perfect. The ladies who cleaned the room did an excellent job as well.”

“property was under construction but our room was clean and newly renovated, unfortunately the a/c did not work properly and even though it was on all night, it never cooled the room. we kept waking up sweaty ( the mattress pad might have been rubberized?). Walking outside into the lobby for breakfast it was 20 degrees cooler than our room - felt like a refrigerator. Told the front desk - hopefully they fix it.”
