“the staff was very helpful and kind! we stayed there for 10 days with a reservation through the organization of the conference we attended. the first room we stayed was very dark and noisy, and we requested to change our room since we were going to stay there for a lot of days. the staff was kind enough to arrange us a better room, with much more light!”
