“Stay away of this property. It is far below of holiday inn standards. Staff is nice, tough have huge difficulty with English, but is kind and helpful. Location is another his point, around you have plenty of restaurants. The bottom side is the hotel.It looks filthy, there are stains all of the place, from the carpet to the furniture, walls, toilets. Never expect to be there again. Never imagined a holiday inn so disturbing, awful and dirty.”

“Hotel heeft hele vieze vloerbedeking, de bedden worden niet dagelijks verschoont! Slecht ontbijt! De Balie medewerkers spreken nauwelijks Engels, dus ben gewaarschuwd! Ze weten je bijna niks uit te leggen, je hebt echt geduld nodig en in de omgeving spreekt bijna niemand engels behalve bij Starbucks daar vindt je nog mensen die engels praten. Starbucks ligt tegenover het hotel aanrader voor reizigers die daar verblijven, daar kun je dingen vragen!”
