“The greatest asset at the Delafield Holiday Inn Express is the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in through pleasant exchanges with housekeeping and breakfast room staff to the final goodbye, we were confident that any question would be answered and any request for help would be quickly met. Every staff member was courteous, friendly, and cheerful.”
“The HI Express was standard fare for the chain, with the exception of the lobby and breakfast area, which were very attractive. The room has everything one expects in an HI Express room. Additionally the breakfast was very good: very good choices for a simple hotel. (This is not upscale, but it is way beyond a continental breakfast.)”
